Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defect within three days.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party no.3 to issue appointment order in favour of the petitioner under Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme forthwith.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.3 vide Annexure-1 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, Malaya Nanda Sethy v. State of Odisha and others, Civil Appeal No. 4103 of 2022 arising out of S.L.P. (Civil) No. 936 of 2022 disposed of on 20.05.2022, to which learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department has no objection. 6.

As agreed to by learned Counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-1 taking into consideration the judgment in the case of Malaya Nanda Sethy (supra), in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. 7.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
