This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 29.09.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that inadvertently it has been mentioned "2(a) C.C. Case No.82 of 2021" in the cause title as well as in the contents of the bail application instead of "2(a) C.C. Case No.28 of 2021" for which the said mistake has been crept into the 4th paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 29.09.2022 passed by this Court. Accordingly, the same may be corrected.

Considering such submission, learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the 2(a) C.C. Case number in the cause title as well as in the contents of the bail application in Court today. 6.

Accordingly, the expression "2(a) C.C. Case No.82 of 2021" occurred in the 4th paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 29.09.2022 be read as "2(a) C.C. Case No.28 of 2021".

So far as the extension of time to surrender of the Petitioner before the Court in seisin over the matter is concerned, the time to surrender of the Petitioner is extended to another four weeks from today subject to deposit a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days hence and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit. 8.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the Petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

Rest part of the said order dated 29.09.2022 remains unaltered. 10.

I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
