This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 29.09.2022 .

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This application has been filed to correct the case number mentioned in the bail application. He is permitted to carry out the correction.

Accordingly, order dated 29.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.12620 of 2022 stands modified and in place of "G.R.Case No.27 of 2022" appearing in 2nd line of Paragraph-3 of the order dated 29.09.2022 "G.R.Case No.27-A of 2022 " be indicated.

The remaining part of the order dated 29.09.2022 shall remain intact.

Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioner to surrender as per order dated 29.09.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
