The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to sanction and disburse the retiral benefits in his favour within a stipulated period.

As it appears, opposite party No.4-Director, Higher Secondary Education, Odisha has already recommended the case of the petitioner to the Director, Higher Education vide order dated 15.03.2022 under Annexure-8, in compliance of the direction given by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 40211 of 2021 vide order dated 25.01.2022, but the same is still pending before him.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the recommendation made by the opposite party no.4 under Annexure-8, within a period of three months from the date of communication of the certified copy of the order. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
