There is serious allegation that even after the remand direction of the competent authority, the Tahasildar is sitting over the Mutation Case No.133 of 2018. Considering serious allegation, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Tahasildar, Samakhuntaopposite party no.3 to take up the Mutation Case No.133 of 2018 and find disposal of the same at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioners but however involving the parties likely to be affected.
