This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application has been filed by the petitioners for recalling of the order dated 16.09.2022, by which the writ petition was disposed of as infructuous.

Mr. S.K. Das, learned counsel for the petitioners states that after the matter was disposed of as infructuous, the petitioner has applied under the RTI Act and obtained information that he has got highest mark. But that itself is a separate cause of action for the petitioner. As such, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands dismissed.
