This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the orders dated 05.08.2005 and 21.02.2012 under Annexures-3 and 4 respectively and to issue direction to the opposite parties to reinstate him in service with all service benefits.

Mr. D.K. Sahoo-1, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has preferred revision against the order passed by the authority which has been recommended by opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-5. Therefore, direction may be given to the authority to consider and dispose of the same within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.
Since the petitioner has made an innocuous prayer, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.1 to consider and dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner which has been recommended by opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-5, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
