The defaulting borrower of a loan of Rs.6.00 lakhs availed from Balasore Co-operative Urban Bank Ltd., Main Branch, Balasore on 4th September, 2015 is before this Court seeking a direction to the Bank for settling the outstanding liabilities of around Rs.9.00 lakhs by way of an amicable settlement. 3.

At the time of hearing, counsel for the Petitioner submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous in view of the loan having been settled by way of an amicable settlement. 4.
