This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to set aside the order dated 30.12.2015 under Annexure-17 imposing penalty of withholding the entire pension of the delinquent office permanently, and to issue direction to the opposite parties to sanction the final pension/gratuity and other retiral dues as admissible under the rules within a stipulated time from the date of retirement with 18% interest. 3.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.1 vide page-76 to the writ petition and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide page-76 of the writ petition, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
