This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to allow him to work in the post of cook-cum-attendant in the Indrapur UG UP School in any other school treating him to be in service from 11.12.2017 onwards on duty an dto pay him his salary for the period from 11.12.2017 onwards and sanction his leave period from 06.10.2017 to 10.12.2017 as leave due and admissible for payment of leave salary by regularizing his service.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-15 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-15, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
