Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

This writ petition involves the following prayer. "It is therefore, prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to consider the facts stated in the petition, admit the writ petition, issue notice to the opposite parties, calling upon them to file show cause as to why the writ petition shall not be allowed if they fail to show cause or show insufficient cause this writ petition may kindly be allowed thereby directing the opposite party no.4 i.e. BDO, Simulia to consider the representation dated 25.06.2022 under Annexure-5 and direct the opposite party no.6 i.e. Sarpanch, Jamujhadi Gram Panchayat to release all the bills in favour of the petitioner in connection with work order No.178 & 179 dtd.15.12.2020 and work order No.220, 227 and 229 dtd.28.8.2021 which were issued under CFC & SFC, 2020-21 and 2021-22 for greater interest of justice. And may pass any other order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-5 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-5 and take decision, as appropriate, within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
