CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
04.01.2022 Order No.
1.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. There is sufficient remedy to work out the direction of this Court in passed in R.S.A.No.371 of 2016 and for the opinion of this Court for having statutory remedy available for the purpose, no contempt petition will be entertainable on such score. As the decision in contempt petition may land the contemnor in jail but there is no scope for realization of the amount involved herein. At this stage of the matter, Mr.Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw the contempt petition in order to avail the remedy available otherwise. Consequently, the contempt petition stands dropped.
