This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.181 of 2022 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Rasgobindapur, arising out of Rasagobindapur P.S. Case No.187 of 2022, for commission of offence under Sections 417/376(2)(n)/273/506 IPC and Sections 66E/67A of the I.T Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Mayurbhanj, Baripada by order dated 16.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Taking into account that the Petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2022 and filing of the charge sheet on 21.10.2022, this Court directs the Petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter. 8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
