This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the State submits that the order of this Court dated 31.03.2022 passed in CONTC (CP) No.302 of 2018 has already been complied and compliance affidavit has been filed, wherein it has been stated that the said direction of this Court has been carried out and the Petitioner has been given promotion as per the said directed. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands dropped. A copy of the compliance affidavit be supplied to learned counsel for the Petitioner within a period of three working days. 3.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules (A.K. Mohapatra) Judge U.K.Sahoo
