1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. A.K. Chhatoi, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M.K. Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. The present writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Under the above circumstances it is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Tribunal be graciously pleased to quash the order dtd: 01.06.2018 of the respondent no.2 under annexure-10 and direct the opposite parties to grant the pension and also other retiral dues and other dues of the applicant forthwith or within a stipulated period with accrued interest of 8% per annum within a stipulated period as deem fit and proper; And /or pass any other order/orders, direction/directions in the fact and circumstances of the case to give complete justice to the applicant."

It is submitted that the application submitted by the Petitioner for taking voluntary requirement when was rejected vide order dtd.01.06.2018 under Annexure-10, the present writ Petition was filed. But Mr. Chhatoi, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that during pendency of the matter the Petitioner has been allowed to rejoin in his post in the year 2021 and accordingly he does not want to press the present writ Petition.

Mr. Chhatoi further submitted that even though the Petitioner made an application for taking the VRS and the same was initially rejected vide the order dtd.01.06.2018, in view of the fact that he was allowed to rejoin, the period the Petitioner remained out of employment needs regularization by the Authority. In that view of the matter while disposing the writ Petition as not pressed liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make fresh application before the Authority in that regard.
