ORDER

This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
Order No 2.
Heard Mr. S.S. Pati, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order of dismissal passed on 15.12.2017 under Annexure-3. 4.
This Court after going through the materials available on record finds that the said order of dismissal has been passed because of the order of conviction and sentence passed against the petitioner in G.R. Case No.18 of 2008 by the learned Special Judge, (Vigilance), Phulbani. It is also found that challenging such order of conviction and sentence, the petitioner has approached this Court in CRLA 792 of 2017 and the said appeal is sub judice before this Court with passing of no interim order staying the order of conviction and sentence. 5.
In view of the same, that this Court finds no illegality or irregularity in the impugned order dated 15.12.2017 . However, it is observed that the said order shall be subject to the final outcome of CRLA 792 of 2017.
6.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. (Biraja Prasanna Satapathy) Judge sangita
