Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Lamodhara Panda v. State of Orissa, 2011 (I) ILR CUT 862. Therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the aforesaid judgment.

In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment of this Court in the case of Lambodhara Panda (supra).
