1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. Against the order passed in Proceeding No.43 of 2016, the Petitioner has preferred an appeal before the opposite party No.1 vide Annexure-7 i.e. on dated 30.03.2017.
4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that till date, the appeal has not been disposed of by the said authority.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court directs the concerned opposite party to dispose of the appeal, if not already disposed of in the meantime, within a period of three months from the date of
// 2 // production of the certified copy of this order. The order passed by the appellate authority shall also be communicated to the petitioner within that time.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
