Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is therefore prayed that your Lordships shall be graciously pleased enough to admit the aforesaid writ petition and after hearing the pastries concerned, issue Rule NISI calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why, the Collector and District Magistrate,DhenkanalO.P.No.2. the Sub-Collector, Dhenkanal- O.P.No.4 shall not be direct to give permission to the petitioner's Puja Pratisthan, Kathagada, Dhenkanal to perform Gajalaxmi Puja from 09.10,2022 to 19.10.2022 by issuing loud speaker permission as per law and as to why the IIC, Dhenkanal Town P.S. so also S.P.

, Dhenkanal shall not be directed to take care of the law and order situation by protecting to perform Gajalaxmi Puja in the aforesaid period in the Puja Mandap of the petitioner's Prtisthan instead of creating hurdles not to make idols and not to perform Puja in the Puja mandap of Petitioner's Pratisthan namely Kathagada Bazar, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, if the opposite parties do not show cause or show insufficient cause, the Rule NISI may be made absolute; And pass any other order/orders, direction/directions, writ/writs as this Hon'ble deem fit and proper.

And for this act of kindness the petitioner are as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Since the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Anenxure-2 is still pending before the Collector & District Magistrate, Dhenkanal-opposite party no.2, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Collector & District Magistrate, Dhenkanal-opposite party no.2 to consider the
