This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 03.11.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that inadvertently it has been mentioned 'regularization' in 11th line of 6th paragraph instead of 'appointment'. Hence, he prays that the same may be corrected.

Accordingly, the expression 'regularization' occurred in the 11th line of 6th paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 03.11.2022 be read as 'appointment'.

Rest part of the said order dated 03.11.2022 remains unaltered.
