This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in S.T. Case No.36 of 2021, pending in the file of learned Sessions Judge, Kandhamal at Phulbani, arising out of Phiringia P.S. Case No.67 of 2021, offence under Sections 323/294/341/307/506 of IPC and is in custody since 11.06.2021.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Kandhamal at Phulbani by order dated 19.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Since the trial is at the fag end, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.

Learned Court in seisin over the matter is requested to conclude the trial within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order. 8.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer in the event, trial is not concluded within the time stipulated. Registry is requested to communicate the order.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
