Heard Mr. B. Samantaray, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.K. Patra, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.5.

It is submitted by Mr. B. Samantaray, learned counsel for the Petitioner that, the order of the learned Tribunal has been partly complied. So far as the other part is concerned, the Petitioner is directed to file a representation before the present incumbent within three weeks from today. If such a representation is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law and facts of the case within a period of eight weeks from the date of its filing. If other part is capable

of being complied, the same be complied immediately after disposal of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation, the contempt petition is dropped.
