This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Learned counsel for the State submitted that instruction has been received from the Inspector incharge of Mudulipada police station on the local sureties to the effect that one of the surety is not interested to take the petitioner on bail and another surety is not residing in the village.
In view of such submission made by the learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will supply the names, addresses and the documents of two fresh local sureties, who are interested to take the petitioner on
// 2 // bail to the learned counsel for the State.
If supplied, instruction shall be obtained on the same.
List this matter in the week commencing from 07.08.2023.
