This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. Perused the records. 3.
This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail, involving offence punishable under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. However, she is working under a NGO and some allegations are there. Accordingly, the Petitioner apprehends his arrest.

Considering the nature of allegations made, gravity of the offence and the facts of the case, it is directed that in the event of
// 2 // arrest of the Petitioner by the Arresting Officer in connection with Nuapada P.S.Case No.134 of 2022, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer, but subject to verification of criminal antecedents. 5.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
