This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for extension of time to comply with the order dated 14th October, 2022 by which the CMP was disposed of.

On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that vide order dated 14th October, 2022, the Petitioner was directed to file a petition under Section 151 C.P.C. within a period of seven days and in that event, learned trial Court would consider the same on its own merit without being influenced by the observation made in the order under Annexure-6. Subsequently, vide order dated 17.11.2022, on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner in I.A. No.1129 of 2022, a direction was made to comply with the said order by 28th November, 2022. But, it appears that the Petitioner has not complied with the same and has prayed for further extension of time for compliance of the order dated 14th October, 2022.

In view of the fact that the order has been extended once, I am not inclined to extend it further. Accordingly, the I.A. is dismissed.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
