Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. Perused the records. 3.
This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail, involving offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452, 341, 294, 506, 507, 353, 332, 336, 337, 427, 323, 325, 307, 379/149 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.
Considering the nature of allegations made, gravity of the offence and the facts of the case, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner by the Arresting Officer in connection with Tangi P.S.Case No.189 of 2022, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer.
