Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has appeal provision involving the impugned order involved herein, for which he wants to withdraw the writ Petition with liberty to file appeal.

In the circumstance, the Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for but however subject to satisfactory explanation on delay in filing the appeal after so much time.
