This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners does not want to press this application in respect of Petitioner Nos.2 to 5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed as not pressed in respect of those Petitioners and is now confined to Petitioner No.1 (Afrid Khan) hereinafter referred to as 'the Petitioner'.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in Basudevpur P.S. Case No.310 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.648 of 2022 pending on the file of J.M.F.C., Basudevpur, within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court.
