This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

The Petitioner by filing this application has prayed for further appropriate order in continuance of earlier order dated 20.09.2022 passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.12869 of 2021 in view of changes in the circumstances.

Accepting the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that further keeping in view the present situation as to establishment of new Court and transfer of case to that newly established Court, the name of the Court as finds mention in order dated 20.09.2022 as "S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar" be read as "J.M.F.C., Jagannath Prasad" and treated to have been so corrected. 4.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State on merit of the prayer as advanced. 5.
Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the application as well as the documents annexed thereto; this application stands disposed of with further observation that the learned Courts below while considering the matter for grant of
// 2 // bail to the Petitioner would take into account the averments made by the Informant in the affidavit, which has been accepted by the Court in its proper prospective.

In view of the above, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioner is extended by twenty one (21) days more with effect from today.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
