This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No.669 of 2022, pending before the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Reamal, arising out of Reamal P.S. Case No.390 of 2022, for offences under Sections292-A/294/354/506/507/509 of the IPC read with Section 66-E/67/67-A of IT Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Deogarh, by order dated 23.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim. 6.
Taking into account the manner in which the privacy and the dignity of the victim has been compromised, this Court is not inclined to consider the bail application at this stage.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer before the learned Court in seisin over the matter afresh and the same shall be considered on its own merit without being influenced by the earlier order or the order passed by this Court. 8.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
