1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard.

3. In this writ petition, the petitioner challenges the inaction of the Opposite Party Nos. 2 & 3 for not extending similar benefits, as extended to the similarly placed persons as per order dated 13.03.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.6698 of 2020 filed by the State.

4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has given a representation dated 07.06.2022 to the Opposite Party No.2/Director Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar and the said

// 2 // representation is still pending before the authority without disposal.

5. In view of pendency of such representation, the Opposite Party No.2 / Director Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order and communicate to the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of production/presentation of certified copy of this order along with a copy of this Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
