1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard.
3. In this writ petition, the petitioner the grievance of the petitioner is that the transfer of the newly appointed Head Mistress in Bhima Bhoi Government High School for the Blind, Bhubaneswar. The petitioner is the President of Management Committee which aggrieved by the transfer of the present Headmistress to the school of the petitioner without any experience of teaching the blind.
4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has given a representation dated
// 2 // 12.09.2022 to the Opposite Party No.2/Director Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar and the said representation is still pending before the authority without disposal.
5. In view of pendency of such representation, the Opposite Party No.2 / Director Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order and communicate to the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of production/presentation of certified copy of this order along with a copy of this Writ Petition.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
