The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of rejection dated 06.11.2018 and the decision of the High Power Committee dated 10.10.2018 under Annexure-16 series and to issue direction to the opposite parties to regularize his service as Data Entry Operator with all consequential service benefits alike other DEOs appointed under various departments. 3.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 16906 of 2020 and W.P.(C) No. 18877 of 2021, which have been disposed of vide common judgment delivered on 23.11.2021 by this Court. 4.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the judgment and order dated 23.11.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 16906 of 2020 and W.P.(C) No. 18877 of 2021, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said judgments. Ashok (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE
