Padhy, learned counsel for the petitioner is present, but on perusal of the report of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Nabarangpur, it appears that the case, in which the petitioner has sought for bail, has already been disposed of on 21.09.2022 and, therefore, the present bail application has become infructuous.
