1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard.

3. In this writ petition, the petitioner challenges the arbitrary order dated 14.09.2022 passed by the Block Education, Officer, Suliapada, we well as recalling the order dated 25.02.2022 by the Block Education Officer, Suliapada.

4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has given a representation to the Opposite Party No.2/Collector, Mayurbhanja and the said representation is still pending before the authority without disposal.

In view of pendency of such representation, the Opposite Party No.2 / Collector, Mayurbhanja is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order and communicate to the petitioner within a period of days from the date of production/presentation of certified copy of this order along with a copy of this Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
