Heard Mr. S.C. Puspalaka, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.S. Pradhan, learned Additional Government Advocate.
At the outset, Mr. Puspalaka is permitted to implead the Director of Estate, Odisha, Bhubaneswar as opposite party No.6 in this writ petition in Court today.

According to Mr. Puspalaka, the petitioner, who is a senior citizen aged about 70 years is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the authorities in settling a piece of land for which, he has applied under Annexure-4.

On instruction, Mr. Pradhan submits that no such application is available in the Office and if the petitioner so likes, he may prefer a fresh application for redressal of his grievances.

In such background, Mr. Puspalaka submits that liberty
// 2 // may be granted to the petitioner to file an application before opposite party No.6 for redressal of his grievances. 5.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before opposite party No.6 within a period of three weeks from today. In the event, such an application is received in appropriate form along with a copy of this order, the opposite party No.6 is directed to proceed with the same expeditiously in accordance with law keeping in mind the age of the petitioner. 6.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. 7.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
