This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

This contempt petition has been filed by the Petitioner for non-compliance of the order dated 18.11.2021 and 22.07.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.35704 of 2021 and CONTC No.4038 of 2022 respectively.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-Opposite Party that the order dated 18.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.35704 of 2021 has already been complied with in the meantime.

Let a copy of the decision taken by the authority be communicated to the Petitioners forthwith.

However, it is clarified that if the Petitioners are aggrieved by the decision taken by the authority, they may approach this Court by filing a separate writ application challenging the same. 6.
