This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that charge-sheet has been submitted in the case deleting the POCSO Act.

It is seen from the record that the alleged offence under Sections 341/294/323/325/354/34, I.P.C. read with Section 3(2)(v)(a) of the S.C. and S.T. (PoA) Act. Hence, this appeal is not maintainable. Therefore, the appellant shall file BLAPL application before this Court.

In such view of the matter, leave is granted. Registry is directed to re-convert the CRLA to BLAPL and renumber the same. 6.

Registry is further directed to do the needful and place the matter before the appropriate assigned Bench in the next week. 7.

List this matter in the week commencing from 9th of May,

Learned counsel for the State is directed to obtain case diary by the in the meantime.
