There is an inordinate delay of 626 days in filing the present writ appeal. The explanation offered by learned counsel appearing for the Appellant in the application for condonation of delay is neither satisfactory nor convincing. Hence, the Court is not inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, I.A. No.957 of 2019 is dismissed. Consequently, the writ appeal is dismissed.
