This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners apprehending their arrest in Manamunda P.S. Case No.166 of 2020 registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 323/324/307/148/149 of the I.P.C., have filed this petition for their release on pre-arrest bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

It appears that the Petitioners had earlier approached this Court in ABLAPL Nos.2069, 2136, 2229 of 2021, which were dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners during course of argument submits that he does not want to press this petition for

// 2 // pre-arrest bail since the Petitioners intend to surrender and move for bail before the court below. However, he submits that direction may be given to the court below to dispose of the bail application of the Petitioners on the same day. 6.

I am not inclined to do so.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
