This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 30.09.2022.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.12726 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 30.09.2022 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. While granting bail to the petitioner, this Court imposed cash security of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand), which shall be kept in any Nationalized Bank in an interest bearing account. 5.
It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is living under the poverty line and he is unable to deposit the same and the cash security may kindly be reduced.
// 2 // Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that the cash security of Rs. 5,000/-(rupees five thousand) be deposited in the name of the learned court below instead of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand), rest part of the order shall remain intact.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 30.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.12726 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit. 8.
It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
