The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking eviction of Annapurna Theater 'B' members and as such they are the necessary parties to the writ petition. Since without impleading them in the writ petition, the present writ petition has been filed, therefore, the writ petition suffers from non-joinder of parties. 3.
