This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.2120 of 2018 was filed before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar Bench, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No.2120 of 2018.

The grievance of the petitioner is that while working as Assistant Teacher in Mundiguda Primary School in Thuamul Rampur Block, the said School got submerged in water due to implementation of Indrabati Project. The petitioner has put forth the fact that the staff of the said school were adjusted in different other schools but the present petitioner was left out. Though the petitioner approached the authority concerned, no needful action has been taken, therefore this petition. 4.

At the time of hearing today, Ms. Priti Nanda Pattnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she has no instructions.

In view of such submission and by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous. The Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous reserving liberty to the petitioner to revive the writ petition within a period of 60 days, in case cause of action will subsists.
