This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.2 to direct opposite party no.4 not to evict them from their respective shop rooms and execute a lease agreement in between the petitioners and Balanga Gram Panchayat in respect of two shop rooms situated in village Pamasar and three at village Balanga, within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-3 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-3, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
