The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.1 to take immediate steps to treat her at par with that of the employees of aided educational institutions/government institutions and to extend all the benefits including GPF and Pensionary benefits, as per section 3(b) of the Orissa Education Act, 1969 pursuant to Grant-in-Aid Order, 1994 and as per the ratio decided in Ritanjali Giri@Paul v. State of Orissa, 2016 (I) ILR 1162 and Prasanta Kumar Mohapatra v. State of Odisha, W.P.(C) No. 23312 of 2020 disposed of on 28.09.2021.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-5, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexure-4, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-5 taking into consideration Annexure-4, and pass a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
