Mr. R.K. Bisoi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition having reserved the right of the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition. But the challenge against Sub-Rules 9 & 10 of Rule 6 of OCS (RA) Rules, 2020 has been abandoned. Hence, the leave is in exclusion of the challenge to the above rules.

Prayers stands allowed.

This writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
However, the right of the petitioner to file a fresh petition, in exclusion of the challenge against Sub-Rules 9 & 10 of Rule 6 of OCS (RA) Rules, 2020 will remain protected. Accordingly, it is
