Government Advocate for the State that, the order of the Orissa Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 277 of 2018 has already been complied with.

Mr. Bisoi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not received any compliance affidavit. The compliance affidavit be served on Mr. Bisoi within a week by the learned AGA.

In view of such submission, the Contempt proceeding stands dropped.
