01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "In view of the facts mentioned in para-6 of the applicant prays for the following relief, Your lordship may graciously be pleased to:

Admit the original application and considering the applicant is a minor to direct the respondents especially respondent No.5/Tahasildar, Salipur to sanction and release the arrear Salary, Family Pension, G.I.C., G.P.F./C.P.F.(N.P.S.

vide Pran No.110001909868), and all other service benefits in respect to deceased Samita Sahoo within a stipulated period.

And any other order / orders and direction / directions be issued as this Hon'ble Tribunal deems fit and proper."

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting her grievances, the Petitioner has filed an application

// 2 // at Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.5, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.5 to take a decision on the above noted Petition within a specific time period.

5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.5 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
