This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. N.Maharana, learned counsel for Petitioner and Mr. S.S.Kanungo, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Therefore petitioner most humbly prays before this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow that writ petition, issue notice to the Opp. Parties, call for the records after hearing both sides this Hon'ble Court may direct to Opp .Party No.4 and 5 to consider the representation and to provide R & R benefit as a land affected person where his livelihood has been severely affected pertaining to the letter no.NR & REH-56 /10 42388m, P & DM Deptt.dt.20.10.2010 issued by the Opp. Parties.
(ii) And a direction may be issued to the Opp .Party No.4 and 5 to pay the R & R benefit to the petitioner. (iii) And be pleased to pass any other order / orders, direction / directions as deem fit and proper. (iv) And for this act of the kindness the petitioner shall as
in duty bound ever pray".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-8 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.4 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period, to which learned Additional Government Advocate has no objection.

As agreed to by learned Counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner under Annexure-8 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
