The Writ Petition appears to have been filed during pendency of a Section 15(b) of the OSS Act proceeding. Reasons assigned to block the continuance of the Section 15(b) of the OSS Act proceeding can very well be taken by way of show cause in the pending proceeding and appropriate order can also be obtained from the competent authority.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to raise contentions raised herein before the competent authority for his lawful consideration. 3.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
